Pricing questions

What's included in the 14-day support?
After deployment, you get 14 days of email and call support for any issues that come up. If something breaks, if a workflow isn't behaving right, or if your team has questions about using the AI agent — I'm on it. This isn't a help desk with ticket queues. You message me directly and I respond the same day.
Can I start with just the assessment?
Absolutely. Plenty of businesses start with the AI readiness assessment to see if automation makes sense before committing to a deployment. You'll get a full implementation roadmap either way — and there's zero pressure to go further. If the assessment shows AI isn't the right move right now, you'll know exactly why.
What if I need more than 4 hours of support per month?
Additional hours on the Full Support plan are billed at EUR 200/hour. That said, most months my clients don't even use the full four hours. If you consistently need more, we'll talk about a custom arrangement that makes more sense for your budget.
Do you offer discounts for multiple deployments?
Yes. If you're deploying across multiple offices, departments, or locations, I'll put together a custom quote. The per-deployment cost drops because a lot of the configuration work carries over. Get in touch and I'll scope it out for you.
